Nicholas G. Benoit serves Royal Arcanum as Chief Operations Officer. Mr. Benoit joined Royal Arcanum in 2012 and has been the Chief Operations Officer since 2018. Since joining the Home Office, Benoit has held various senior management positions overseeing numerous initiatives including the expansion of insurance licensed states that the Society operates in as well as the expansion of insurance products. Prior to Royal Arcanum, Mr. Benoit spent over ten years overseeing numerous operational divisions within the commercial insurance industry and was recognized by winning the prestigious Service Ambassador award both as an individual as well as for his insurance division as a department. Benoit enjoys spending time with his family and being involved in numerous sports. He and his wife, Kelly have four children.
John D. Crisanti joined the Society in 1988 and has served as the Chief Financial Officer since 2019. Mr. Crisanti has also served as the Treasurer since 1994. Mr. Crisanti maintains numerous responsibilities within the Society from financial planning to working on a day to day basis with the home office associates. Prior to joining Royal Arcanum, Mr. Crisanti worked within the banking industry. Crisanti enjoys golfing in his free time along with watching numerous sports namely baseball, football & golf.
